Things to note

* A landlord's pack includes an Electrical Safety Certificate / PIR and a Gas Safety Report upto a 3 bedroom house and 2 gas appliances

** A gas safety certificate includes 2 appliances e.g. boiler + hob

We can only issue a Gas safety certificate if your boiler is safe. In the event that it isn't safe, we will give you an estimate on the cost to repair it to a standard where it is safe. But the standard 1 hour charge will apply in that case.

We offer free fully, specified quotations for central heating and new boiler installations.

As we don't have a call out charge, the first hour is a minimum charge.

We carry a large range of parts. But we can't carry all the parts for every make of boiler. And in some instances, we will have to order the part and return as soon as possible, or maybe the next day to install it. We don't do this unless we have to. We only charge the hourly rate to get the part if it's within the same day. Otherwise there is a £30 fixed collection charge and the part is fitted at the normal hourly rate.
